Shipping & Returns

Shipping method

Orders are processed and shipped during our working hours: Monday – Friday from 8:00 to 18:00 CET (except holidays recognized in Italy). The goods will be ready for shipment within a day from receipt of payment.

Costs and delivery times

We provide free standard shipping throughout Italy for orders above 500€. We provide free standard shipping throughout Europe for orders above 1000€.

The delivery will be carried out within 4 working days following the withdrawal in most Italian locations.

Delivery attempts:

In case the consignee is absent, the service ensures two automatic delivery attempts. In case of non-delivery at the first attempt, a notice will be left to the consignee informing him that a second attempt will be carried out the following working day. In case the consignee is absent also at the second attempt, a notice is left in the mailbox with references of the HUB where the consignee may pick up his package within the next 10 working days, including Saturday. In case of non-delivery for wrong or undeliverable address or for the addressee’s refusal, an in-hold notification is sent to the Costumer (sender). The notification will specify the reason of the delivery failure and will simultaneously ask for instructions. After 3 days of in-hold without instructions from the Customer, the shipment will be sent back to the sender.
